§ 10-400. Compliance with state law.

(a)

A licensee shall comply with any and all laws and regulations of the State of Georgia applicable to bona fide coin operated amusement machines, including the provisions of Article 3 of Chapter 27 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, and any and all regulations promulgated thereunder, and any and all directives and orders of the Georgia Lottery Commission and any other governmental agency.

(b)

A licensee shall maintain all licenses required by the State of Georgia for the operation of an amusement game room.
