§ 10-410. Replacement of permit.

A replacement permit may be issued for a lost, destroyed, or mutilated permit upon application on a form provided by the city clerk. A replacement permit shall have the word "REPLACEMENT" stamped across its face and shall bear the same number as the one it replaces.
