§ 10-412. Cancellation of permit.

  • If any person who owns, operates, manages, or controls any billiard room in the corporate limits of the city shall violate any provision of this article, the city manager shall have the power and authority to cancel all permits issued under this article to any of the foregoing by giving written notice, stating the reason justifying such cancellation, and the same shall be canceled ten days from such date of notice. No permit shall be issued within a period of one year to anyone whose permit has been canceled, except at the discretion of the governing body. If the permit of a person owning, operating, managing, or controlling any billiard room in the corporate limits of the city is canceled, such person shall not be permitted to own, operate, manage or control a billiard room until a new permit is granted.
