§ 12-48. Created; composition.
The city emergency management agency is hereby created and shall include the following persons:
(1)
Mayor.
(2)
Director of emergency management, as appointed.
(3)
Police chief.
(4)
County health officer.
(5)
American Red Cross representative.
(6)
Others, including representatives of business, labor and patriotic agencies as appointed by the city council.
