§ 1-1. How Code designated and cited.

The ordinances embraced in this chapter and the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as "The Code of Ordinances, City of Hartwell, Georgia," and may be so cited. The Code may also be cited by the short title, "Hartwell City Code."
