§ 20-167. Application; public hearing.

The commission shall have the authority to grant or deny certificates of appropriateness for demolition or relocation. A public hearing shall be scheduled for each such application. The commission shall not grant certificates of appropriateness for demolition or relocation without reviewing at the same time the post-demolition or post-relocation plans for the site.
