§ 22-139. Duty of owner or occupant to permit access.

It shall be the duty of the owner or occupants of mobile home parks, and mobile homes contained therein, or of the person in charge thereof, to give the enforcement officers free access to such premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection.
