§ 22-83. Exposed ground surfaces to be covered.

Latest version.

Exposed ground surfaces in all parts of every mobile home park shall be:
(1)

Paved;

(2)

Covered with stone screenings or other solid material; or

(3)

Protected with a vegetative growth that is capable of preventing soil erosion and eliminating objectionable dust.
