§ 22-119. Occupant to permit access by owner or agent to make repairs.

It shall be the duty of every occupant of a mobile home park to give the owner thereof or his agent or employee access to any part of such mobile home park or its premises at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with the regulations issued in this chapter, or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
