§ 22-279. Required.

The requirements of this subdivision shall apply to service buildings, recreation buildings and other community service facilities such as:

(1)

Management offices, repair shops, appropriate only to mobile home parks and storage areas;

(2)

Sanitary facilities;

(3)

Laundry facilities;

(4)

Indoor recreation areas; and

(5)

Commercial uses supplying only essential goods or services for the exclusive use of park occupants.
