§ 2-414. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

City councilmember means any person who is an elected city official, including the mayor of the city.

Employee means any person who is a full-time or part-time employee of the city.

Government or city means the city government.
