§ 2-461. County conduction of municipal elections.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-45(c), and subject to the conditions set forth in section 2-463 of this article, the mayor and council of the City of Hartwell, Georgia hereby find and determine that it would be in the best interest of the citizens of Hartwell, Georgia, for the city to pay Hart County, Georgia to utilize the judge of the probate court of Hart County, Georgia, who serves as Ex-Officio Hart County Election Superintendent, and his staff, equipment and expertise in conducting city elections in the future.
