§ 30-19. Obstructing street prohibited; nuisance; abatement.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or maintain an obstruction in a street or public way in the city by a fence or otherwise in violation of state law, the city Charter or city ordinances. Such action is adjudged a nuisance and its abatement may be made by the city at the owner's or other person's expense upon failure of such owner or other person to abate the same within ten days after written notice from the city to do so.
