§ 30-22. Private driveway damaged during repair of street or utility line.

Private driveways located on public rights-of-way shall be permitted and shall be constructed and maintained solely at the property owners' expense. If it becomes necessary for the city to repair any street or utility line that damages any private driveway, the city will, at its expense replace only that part of the driveway that is damaged by the city.
