§ 30-76. Permit required.

Whenever it shall be necessary for any property owner or other person to cut into any street, sidewalk, curb or gutter for any reason, it shall be necessary to first obtain a permit from the city council. It shall be the duty of the permittee to replace the surface in as good condition as it was before the excavation was made.
