§ 30-100. Same—Application.

A written application for such permit shall be made to the city manager at least 45 days prior to the date of the parade, procession or other public demonstration, indicating:

(1)

The hour, date, proposed route over which it is desired to have the parade, procession or other public demonstration pass;

(2)

The probable number of persons and/or vehicles engaged in such parade, procession or other public demonstration; and

(3)

Specify each street, sidewalk or other public way over, along or in which it is desired to have or hold such parade, procession or other public demonstration.
