§ 32-64. Application.

This section shall apply only to applicants for subdivision plat approval not exempted as a minor subdivision. Following the preapplication review of a subdivision involving the grading of land or the installation of roads, streets, utilities or other improvements, the subdivider shall submit to the zoning administrator the following:

(1)

An application on a form furnished by the city zoning administrator;

(2)

Five copies of the preliminary plat, with appropriate information required by this chapter; provided, however, that the zoning administrator may require more or less copies depending upon the nature and extent of review;

(3)

An application fee, in an amount as established from time to time by city council resolution;

(4)

A review of the owner's plans and the development's impact on soil erosion control.
