§ 34-19. State uniform rules of road adopted; penalty.

(a)

The Uniform Rules of the Road (O.C.G.A. § 40-6-1) and the definitions contained in O.C.G.A. § 40-1-1 are hereby incorporated and adopted by reference as the city's traffic regulations as if fully set forth in this section.

(b)

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in general penalty section 1-9.
