§ 34-45. Left turns prohibited at certain intersections.

Traffic, except pedestrians, facing a steady circular red signal may not make a left turn from the lefthand lane of a one-way street onto a one-way street onto which traffic moves toward the driver's left at the following intersections:
(1)

Forest Avenue and Franklin Street.

(2)

Franklin Street and Carolina Avenue.

(3)

Carolina Avenue and Howell Street.

(4)

Howell Street and Forest Avenue.
