§ 34-93. Penalties.

(a)

Any person violating any provision of this article shall appear before the municipal court and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10.00 or more than $25.00, subject to the provisions of section 34-94.

(b)

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, any person cited for the violation of any such provision may, in lieu of court appearance, post a cash bond of $5.00 within 48 hours of receipt of citation and summons. Such cash bond will increase to $10.00 48 hours after receipt of citation and summons. Failure to pay such cash bond prior to the appearance date of such summons will require attendance in municipal court as set out in this section.
