§ 36-93. Malfunctioning meter—Claim of error.

Claims of meter malfunction shall be made as provided in section 36-92. Upon receipt of the claim, meters will be tested upon payment to the city of the actual costs of making the test; provided, however, that if the meter is found to over-register beyond three percent of the correct volume no charge will be made.
