§ 36-173. Application.

Latest version.

Residential customers of the city's water service shall be permitted to apply for the installation of a water line, which shall be separate from any existing lines on the customer's property, and shall have a separate water meter. If the customer and the conditions of usage for the line comply with this section, then the line shall be installed, and no sewer charge or fee shall be assessed or collected for any water usage in this line.
