§ 36-257. Protection of equipment.

No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, deface, tamper with or remove any equipment or materials which are a part of the POTW or any equipment or materials used by the city for the purpose of making waste examinations and waste flow measurements and left upon the premises of a user discharging wastes into the POTW. Only persons authorized by the city will be allowed to uncover, adjust, maintain and remove the equipment and materials.
