§ 38-20. Report on removal application.

(a)

Required; recommendation to be included. The street tree committee shall report to the city council on each application to remove a tree or shrub. Each report shall include a recommendation of approval or disapproval of the application.

(b)

City council action. After the street tree committee has submitted the report and its recommendation the city council shall approve or disapprove such application in writing.
