§ 42-258. Same—Conditional.

(a)

A home occupation that fails to meet up to two of the requirements for home occupations specified in this chapter.

(b)

A temporary ECHO unit on a temporary basis not to exceed one calendar year, but renewable on an annual basis as long as the applicant can show suitable evidence of continuing medical hardship and as long as the temporary ECHO unit complies with this chapter. The temporary ECHO unit shall be removed within 30 days after the medical hardship ceases to exist.
