§ 42-282. Purpose; intent.

The R-2—Multiple-Family Residential District is intended to establish and preserve quiet, stable residential neighborhoods at high densities (approximately 10.4 units per acre), with the potential for more variety in housing types than in the R-1, R-1A and R-1B zoning districts, free from other uses except those which are compatible with and convenient to the residents of such a district.
