§ 4-2. State beverage code adopted; conflicts.

(a)

The Georgia Alcoholic Beverage Code, O.C.G.A. § 3-1-1 et seq., wherever applicable to municipalities is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set forth in this chapter.

(b)

Any provisions of this chapter in conflict with the cited state code, shall be invalid and the state code section dealing with the same subjects shall control unless the city is authorized under state law to impose regulations or standards that differ or vary from state law.
