§ 4-115. Nontransferable.

(a)

No license granted under this article shall be transferable from one person to another.

(b)

In the event that the holder of a license on behalf of a corporation or private club ceases to be an officer of the corporation or is no longer associated with the private club, the corporation or private club shall apply within 15 days after the event has occurred for a new license to be issued to the person holding the same office as the original applicant, and a fee in an amount as established from time to time by city council resolution shall be paid to the city.

(c)

No license shall be transferred from one location to another.
