§ 4-128. State law adopted.

(a)

All provisions of O.C.G.A. § 3-3-1 et seq. applicable to sale of malt beverages only, wine only, malt beverages and wine, and distilled liquor by the drink are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this article and shall control in case of a conflict with this chapter.

(b)

Any violation of general state law pertaining to alcoholic beverages shall constitute a violation of this article.
