§ 4-219. Categories.

(a)

The distilled spirits licenses that may be issued under this division are:

(1)

Wholesaler;

(2)

Retail sales of distilled spirits for consumption on the premises; and

(3)

Manufacturer.

(b)

A separate application is required for each license category enumerated in subsection (a) of this section. The city council will act upon each application separately.
