§ 4-304. Duration; expiration.

Except for licenses issued in calendar year 2008, all licenses issued under the provisions of this division shall:

(1)

Have a term of one calendar year;

(2)

Expire at 12:00 midnight on December 31 of the year in which issued; and

(3)

Be renewable at the city council's option.
