§ 4-517. Penalty.

Any person violating this subdivision shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in general penalty section 1-9. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of this subdivision is committed, continued or permitted by such person and shall be punished accordingly.
