As used in this division, the term "administrative search warrant" means a warrant
authorizing a search or inspection of private property located in the corporate city
limits where such a search or inspection is one that is necessary for the enforcement
of any state law or city ordinance regulating the use, occupancy, maintenance, and
condition of buildings, structures, premises and other real property located in the
corporate city limits.
