§ 8-29. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to provide for the administration and enforcement of the Georgia State Minimum Standard Codes for Construction as adopted and amended by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Hereinafter, the [Georgia] State Minimum Standard Codes for Construction shall be referred to as "the construction codes".
