§ 10-404. Nature of permit.

(a)

A permit issued under this article expires December 31 of each year unless it is rescinded or canceled earlier.

(b)

A permit issued under this article is effective for a single place of business only.

(c)

A permit issued under this article vests no property right in the permittee except to maintain and operate a billiard room in accordance with the terms and conditions of this article.
