§ 10-415. Hours.

A billiard room can be open from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Monday through Saturday, except that school-age children shall be required to vacate the premises at 11:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. This section shall not be construed so as to prohibit the operation of a business, which includes a billiard room, outside the hours set forth herein, as long as the billiard room is not operated during the prohibited hours, and as long as the operation of such business is not otherwise prohibited under some other provision of this Code.
