§ 10-416. Inspections.

  • (a)

    The premises on which a billiard room is located shall conform to all building and fire prevention codes of the city and the fire inspectors of the city and such fire inspectors' assistants and the building inspector may enter into the premises where such billiard room is located at any time during normal business hours for the purpose of inspecting such premises for fire hazards.

    (b)

    All law enforcement personnel of the city shall have the right to enter into the premises of permittee at any time during normal business hours for the purpose of enforcement of the terms of this article.

    (c)

    With respect to any permittee which also sells alcoholic beverages on the premises of a billiard room or any place operated in connection therewith, the city manager or his or her designee, and other appropriate city officials shall be entitled to inspect any and all financial records of such permittee to establish that such permittee derives the required percentage of its revenue from the sale of products or services other than alcoholic beverages.
