§ 14-20. Compliance with state law required.

Any person undertaking any land disturbing activity within the territorial city limits shall comply with all applicable state laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, the Erosion and Sedimentation Act of 1975 (O.C.G.A. § 12-7-1 et seq.).
