§ 20-54. Property classifications.

  • Boundaries of a historic district shall be included in the separate ordinances designating such districts and shall be shown on the official zoning map. Individual properties within historic districts shall be classified as:

    (1)

    Historic, which means the property contributes to the district;

    (2)

    Nonhistoric, which means the property does not contribute but does not detract from the district; or

    (3)

    Intrusive, which means the property detracts from the district.
