§ 24-10. Attending accident by wrecker without being called.

In the event of a vehicle accident, wreck or collision in the city, the police department shall call a wrecker to service the vehicles involved, and any driver of a wrecker attending without having first been called by the police department shall be charged with the offense of a misdemeanor.
