§ 24-11. Littering.

Latest version.

Any person charged with the offense of throwing trash, beverage cans or other litter on the streets or sidewalks of the city shall be charged with the offense of disorderly conduct and upon conviction thereof fined not less than $5.00 and otherwise punished as provided in general penalty section 1-9.
