§ 2-122. Terms.

The nine-member committee shall be have terms as follows:
(1)

Five members shall be appointed for a term of two years (two members from the city, two members from the Hartwell Garden Club Council, and one member from Hartwell/Hart Clean and Beautiful Board);

(2)

Three members shall be appointed for a term of one year (one from the city, one from the Hartwell Garden Club Council, and one from Hartwell/Hart Clean and Beautiful Board);

(3)

One member, the Hart County Extension Service County Agent, shall be a permanent member.
