§ 34-44. One-way streets during specified hours.

Each day that the Hart County Middle School and Hart County High School are open for student attendance, the following streets located in the city shall be open for traffic in only one direction between the hours of 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and between the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., as set forth in subsections (1) through (3) of this section:
(1)

Powell Road between Fairview Avenue and Campbell Drive shall be one-way, and traffic shall proceed in a westerly direction from Fairview Avenue to Campbell Drive.

(2)

Campbell Drive between East Franklin Street and Fifth Street shall be one-way, and traffic shall proceed in a northerly direction from Fifth Street to East Franklin Street.

(3)

Traffic on Fifth Street and First Street shall be two-way at all times.
