§ 36-151. Meters placed on consumer's property.

Where a meter or meter box is placed on the premises of a consumer, the customer shall provide a suitable place therefor, unobstructed and accessible at all times to the meter reader. The consumer shall furnish and maintain a private cutoff valve on the consumer's side of the meter.
