§ 36-152. Consumer responsible for installation and maintenance of piping and apparatus.

The consumer's piping and apparatus shall be installed on the consumer's property and maintained by the consumer at the consumer's expense, in a safe and efficient manner, and in accordance with the sanitary regulations of the state health authorities.
