§ 36-211. Penalties.

(a)

Any person who neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this division shall be subject to general penalties as set forth in section 1-9.

(b)

In addition, the water department superintendent shall immediately discontinue the public water supply service at any premises upon which there is found to be a cross connection, auxiliary intake, bypass or interconnection, and service shall not be restored until the cross connection, auxiliary intake, bypass or interconnection has been discontinued.
