§ 36-212. Compliance with state and federal regulations required.

The city's public water supply shall comply with chapter 391-3-5.13 of the Georgia Rules for Safe Drinking Water (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. § 391-3-5-.01 et seq.) and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (42 USC 300f et seq.) that pertain to cross connections and establish an effective, ongoing program to control these undesirable water uses.
