§ 36-253. Article not to affect contracts and agreements.

Nothing contained in this article shall be construed as preventing the execution of a contract, special agreement or arrangement between the city and any person whereby water or wastewaters of unusual strength, character or quantity may be admitted into the sewerage system upon the terms and conditions as the city deems appropriate so long as the objectives of this article, limitations established by 40 CFR 403 and NPDES permit requirements of the city and other state laws, regulations and permits are complied with.
