§ 36-254. Administration.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the city manager shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this article. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the city manager may be delegated by the city manager to an industrial pretreatment coordinator and to other city personnel.
