§ 8-2. Fire district established.

An official fire district is hereby established, to comprise the following area:

All of that area included inside a point of beginning at the center of the intersections of the rights-of-way of Webb Street and West Franklin Street continuing eastward along West Franklin Street and Carolina Street; then north to West Johnson Street and Carolina Street; then east to Carter Street and East Johnson Street; then south to Benson Street and Carter Street; then west on Railroad Street and west on Alvins Alley to the corner of Alvins Alley and Webb Street; thence north to the point of beginning at West Franklin Street and Webb Street. This district boundary may be modified from time to time and shall be further described by maps available to the public and found in the building inspector's office.
